Agata is a charming grown-up lady, with a brilliant, positive mind. She's an educated woman who loves to travel – often by herself, but with a baggage full of dreams.

Vineyard location: Pastrengo (eastern shore of Lake Garda)
Soil: stony soil of morainic origin in a hilly area
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot grigio
Colour: straw yellow with green reflections
Bouquet: fine and intense, with fruity notes
Palate: intense and delicate, with a soft finish
Grape harvest: hand picked from a selection of the best grapes
Vinification: soft crushing of grapes, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature
Ageing: sur lie in stainless steel tanks
Serving suggestion: Best served at a temperature of 10-12°C. Perfect as an aperitif and for every occasion. Excellent with delicate foods, white meat, fish dishes and seafood. Enjoy with prosciutto crudo.
