Straw yellow. It offers austere hints of stone and white rock culminating in aromatic sensations of herbs and sweeter ones of little wildflowers and Golden Delicious apples. On the palate, you will taste notes of sage and fleshy yellow apples. Savoury and citrusy sensations are in a perfect balance.

Intense, bright pink. On the nose, notes of pink roses, fruity sensations of fraises des bois and red cherries, and suggestions of juicy Sicilian oranges. On the palate it is taut and refreshing, with an evident zestiness and a piquant peppery vein that makes its flavour even more lively and appealing. The finish is pleasing with a return of floral and fruity notes.
Vibrant ruby red with good transparency. On the nose it offers a rich bouquet of fragrances, in which you can perceive red roses, geraniums, ripe red cherries, sweet wild strawberries and a suggestion of black pepper. On the palate it is tight yet mouth-filling, with an appealing freshness, marked tanginess and gentle, well-integrated tannins that all lead into a delicate aftertaste.
Deep, bright ruby colour. Balsamic hints of liquorice, pepper and juniper are combined with notes of small ripe fruits – including black cherries and a hint of blackberries. In the mouth, it offers a juicy, mouth-filling flavour, underpinned by satisfying freshness, good sapidity and velvety tannins that delicately dry out one’s palate, preparing it for the next sip.
Golden yellow hue. Richly sweet hints of apricots and dried yellow peaches mingle with candied citrus peel, camomile, beeswax and toasted almonds. On the palate it reveals a fresh, dynamic personality, with juicy and refreshing sensations of yellow plums and ripe peaches, followed by a marked tanginess. Creamy hints of honey candy provide an elegant accompaniment to the finish.
This wine bears the seal of its creator, our father Fulvio, who, in 2019, decided to produce a metodo classico wine in the Region where he was born: Trentino. His desire was to make a streamlined wine, a faithful interpretation of its place of origin. The wine rests on its lees for a long period – 40 months – before being disgorged. Our decision thereafter was not to add any sugar liqueur, so as to highlight to the full the skills of the man who made the wine.
A pale, crystal-clear colour. It initially displays tangy, mineral notes on the nose, which then evolve into hints of elderflowers, yellow apples, and fragrant suggestions of croissants. On the palate, its mouth-filling creaminess is perfectly balanced by this wine’s natural freshness. The fine, persistent perlage adds refinement and elegance to every sip.
Intense, ruby red colour. It fills your nostrils with sensations of cherry preserve, caramelized blackberries and a potpourri of rose petals and dried violets. Balsamic hints of resin and musk, and spicy ones of cloves, cinnamon and star anise complete the bouquet. At first it is powerful and warming on the palate, but the sensation of high alcohol is immediately counterbalanced by a juicy freshness and nice tanginess which, alongside quite evident tannins, give the taste vigour and energy. Delicious hints of cherries and berries preserved in alcohol make the long finish particularly pleasing.

Intense ruby red colour with vibrant garnet reflections. On the nose it offers delightful scents of small, ripe red fruits, which give way to elegant floral notes of violets and red roses, as well as intriguing spicy tones of nutmeg, black pepper and cloves. It offers a lithe entry onto the palate, in which the warm, alcoholic sensations are amply counterpointed by soft tannins, great freshness and a satisfying tanginess that invite you to take another sip. The floral sensations return on the fine, clean finish.
The complex and exquisitely elegant character of this Valpolicella represents an extremely authentic expression of a wine from high hillside vineyards. On the palate, it recalls all the fresh, balm-like sensations of the hills from which it comes, nicely sustained by gentle, rounded tannins.
A bright powder pink hue. The nose offers floral scents of peonies and rose petals, accompanied by hints of crisp morello cherries, wild strawberries and a refreshing note of mandarin zest. Fine, thick and continuous bubbles. The flavour is pleasantly invaded by a taut tanginess and juicy fruit, in which fresh citrusy sensations return once more.
