This wine bears the seal of its creator, our father Fulvio, who, in 2019, decided for the first time to produce a metodo classico wine in the Region where he was born: Trentino. His desire was to make a streamlined wine, a faithful interpretation of its place of origin.

Fulvio’s signature – rough, and imprecise – recalls that first notarial act as the beginning of a new chapter in life, a moment of solemnity and commitment. The embossed geometries evoke the outlines of Trentino pergolas and borders traced like land registry maps, creating a landscape that speaks of natural lines and boundless freedom. A wise, balanced, and unforgettable wine.
